Are you responsible for items lost during shipping?

We are not responsible for packages once they’ve been handed over to the postal carrier. However, every order automatically includes $100 of shipping insurance for your peace of mind. If your package is lost in transit, the carrier will be able to assist you with a claim. We recommend filing a claim directly through the carrier’s website to get the process started as quickly as possible.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

To help us file a claim on your behalf, please email us and include clear photos of:

  • All packaging received (outside and inside)

  • The damaged item(s)
    This documentation is required for any insurance claim.

  • If items are missing from your order please include a photo of your package including your packing slip.  

  • Items that are damaged will be required to be returned for a replacement, please do not discard damaged items. We will cover the cost and provide a return shipping label.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns.
If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to us directly and we will do our best to assist.

What about melting body butters?

Our body butters will naturally melt in temperatures above 70°F (21°C).
If it is warm in your region, we recommend choosing a different item that ships better in heat.
We are not responsible for melted body butters once they leave our facility. Please opt for a cream or oil if you live in a warmer climate.

Cancellation Policy

At MRAJIA, every order is processed with care and intention. Because of this, we kindly ask that you review your order thoroughly before completing your purchase.

We allow cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, cancellations are no longer accepted. This is because your item has been reserved specifically for you and may have prevented another customer from purchasing it.

All approved cancellations are subject to a 5% restocking fee, which helps cover non-refundable processing and transaction costs.

Please note that we begin preparing and shipping orders quickly. While we will always do our best to accommodate requests within the 24-hour window, we cannot guarantee that your cancellation will be processed before your order ships.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Combining Orders:

As much as we would love to combine orders, we cannot guarantee we will notice multiple orders in the system or be able to get to them before they are packed. We have high volume sales and a very small team. Manually combining orders can lead to order errors and issues. If you have an order currently that you want to add to please send an email over with your current order number, add on items (sizes and quantities) and we will do our best.

At the moment we are not shipping internationally. We hope to revisit this in the future.
