Refund policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase as long as the order has not already been processed or shipped.

Please note that all cancelled orders are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing costs that are charged to us the moment an order is placed. These fees are not returned to us by the payment processor, even if the order is cancelled.

The restocking fee will be automatically deducted from your refund amount.
